Greg was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and moved with his family to Grand Junction, CO when he was 12. He has been in the Construction Industry for 25 plus years - first with his Dad in Grand Junction and in Rangely CO doing residential and commercial building including hotels, a bank and commercial buildings for an energy company.
In 1989 he and his wife moved to Steamboat Springs CO where he was employed by a large resort company as an Engineering Director in charge of five (5) resort properties. He was instrumental in remodels of two (2) - four (4) bedroom high-end condominiums.
Montrose welcomed Greg and his family in 2003 where he started building homes in the American Village Subdivision. In addition to the homes in American Village he has built 16 custom homes in the area, including in the Monte Vista Subdivision, in the County of Montrose and in Arrowhead Subdivision in Cimarron CO (just east of Montrose).
Peppertree South is happy to welcome Greg to our subdivision. He is truly an asset to the Montrose community and to the building community in Montrose.
